Reynaldo Armas Enguaima, también conocido como el "Cardenal Sabanero" cantautor venezolano nacido en el poblado de Santa Maria de Ipire, el 4 de Agosto de 1953, quien luego se trasladara con su familia a la poblacion de Zaraza. Tiene en su haber la composición de más de 3600 canciones y alrededor de 32 producciones discográficas, desde Lps hasta su ultima produccion en CD completamente en digital.
