    Hola comunidad de Street Workout Community, hoy les traigo una rutina para reforzar tu fuerza a la hora de realizar el movimiento estático denominado como la straddle planche.
    Hello Street Workout Community, today I bring you a routine to reinforce your strength when performing the static movement called the straddle planche.

    1- Intentos de straddle planche
    1- Attempts at straddle planche
    En este ejercicio vamos a lanzar nuestro mejor intento de straddle planche, así no dure mucho, lo importante es hacer los intentos establecidos, para que nuestros músculos se vayan adaptando al movimiento.
    In this exercise we are going to launch our best straddle planche attempt, even if it does not last long, the important thing is to make the established attempts, so that our muscles adapt to the movement.


    2- Rana avanzada en supino
    2- Advanced supine frog
    Esta progresión ya con lleva un poco mas dificultad y consiste en ponerte en postura como si fueras a realizar un tuck planche pero las piernas irían por fuera de los brazos un poco abiertas para imitar la postura de una rana, de ahí su nombre, muy importante también tratar de separar las rodillas de los brazos para así ejecutar bien el movimiento. Y el agarre en este caso sera en supino, lo cual aumentara su dificultad.
    This progression already has a little more difficulty and consists of getting into a posture as if you were going to perform a tuck planche but the legs would go outside the arms a little open to mimic the posture of a frog, hence its name, very important also try to separate the knees from the arms in order to execute the movement well. And the grip in this case will be supine, which will increase its difficulty.

    3- Straddle Plancha con liga
    3- Straddle plancha with band
    Aquí tendremos que trabajar y asistirnos con la liga de resistencia para ejecutar este movimiento, con el objetivo de llevar al fallo muscular este movimiento y ganar mas resistencia en el mismo.
    Here we will have to work and assist us with the resistance band to execute this movement, with the objective of bringing this movement to muscular failure and gaining more resistance in it.

    4- Press in Straddle Planche
    4- Press in Straddle Planche
    Un ejercicio bastante exigente que requiere de gran fuera en el músculo del hombro y un control a la hora de realizar positiva y negativa de straddle plancha, y consiste en adelantar un poco más tu punto de gravedad que cuando haces plancha y buscar subir a handstand y bajar de manera controlada.
    A fairly demanding exercise that requires a lot of shoulder muscle strength and control when performing positive and negative straddle plank, and consists of moving your point of gravity forward a little more than when doing plank and looking to go up to handstand and down in a controlled manner.


    5- Flexiones declinadas profundas
    5- Deep declined push-ups
    Consiste en realizar una flexión declinada pero en este caso usaremos unas minis paralelas para aumentar el rango y tener una mayor carga en el ejercicio.
    It consists of performing a declined push-up but in this case we will use parallel minis to increase the range and have a greater load in the exercise.
