Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad SWC. En esta oportunidad compartiré con ustedes mi último entrenamiento antes de competir en legens of the bars.
Greetings dear friends of the community SWC. In this opportunity I will share with you my last workout before competing in legens of the bars.

Cómo ya lo he dicho, voy a participar en la competencia nacional legens of the bars Venezuela, me he preparado física y mentalmente para competir al máximo nivel.
As I have already said, I will participate in the national competition legens of the bars Venezuela, I have prepared myself physically and mentally to compete at the highest level.
Yo estoy acostumbrado a hacer dinamicos en barra gruesa y la barra de la competencia es delgada eso hace que me pegue mucho de la barra por eso tuve mi último día de práctica en la casa de mi amigo @ashura-sw y la compañía de @alvisorozco, bertnez, y @jose-sw31 que somos atlétas de representantes de Street Workout Community en la competencia.
I'm used to do dynamics in thick bar and the bar of the competition is thin that makes me stick a lot of the bar so I had my last day of practice at the home of my friend @ashura-sw and the company of @alvisorozco, bertnez, and @jose-sw31 that we are representatives of Street Workout Community in the competition.
