    El acondicionamiento físico es parte vital del entrenamiento, cada vez que decidas entrenar recuerda activar tu cuerpo para que evites alguna lesión, el ejercicio es capaz mantenernos sanos, sin embargo realizar una ejecución y técnica adecuada dependerá de la practica y por supuesto de calentar antes de entrenar.
    Los movimientos que comparto en este post son ideales para activar el tren inferior, abrir las caderas y lograr una mejor rotación al realizar sentadillas.

    Physical conditioning is a vital part of training, every time you decide to train remember to activate your body to avoid any injury, exercise is able to keep us healthy, however to perform a proper execution and technique will depend on the practice and of course warm up before training. The movements that I share in this post are ideal to activate the lower body, open the hips and achieve a better rotation when performing squats.
