    Muchos hemos tenido dolores lumbares por realizar un mal movimiento, pesos excesivos o llevar una vida sedentaria, existen muchos movimientos que hacen que goces de buena salud vertebral, hoy te enseño 5 de ellos recuerda que es una rutina de fortalecimiento lumbar, aunque se trabajen varias zonas del cuerpo concéntrate en la parte baja de la espalda, mantén una postura recta en la cual la columna este perfectamente alineada.

    Los movimientos son controlados, en la mayoría de los ejercicios el peso corporal es suficiente, para el último movimiento empleen un poco de peso, pero muy ligero, las series son de 20 repeticiones, si lo desean pueden hacer cada movimiento durante 45 segundos en vez de trabajar por repeticiones, la rutina es modo circuito, es decir; harán un movimiento con un descanso de 10 segundos e iniciarán el siguiente movimiento hasta llegar al final, luego tomen un descanso de 30 segundos y repitan el circuito.

    Toda vida saludable va de la mano de una alimentación balanceada, no sólo la actividad física es necesaria, incluir alimentos como frutas y vegetales a tu dieta hace una gran diferencia, descansar es otro fundamento básico de una vida sana, cuando descansa repones energías más aún si haces entrenamiento con peso, el descanso es el momento en el que tus músculos crecen, toma agua antes, durante y luego de la actividad física, dime en los comentarios tu opinión sobre esta rutina, sigamos activos.
