Esto los ayudará mucho a adaptar sus músculos a la posición y desarrollarán una memoria muscular la cuál es muy importante para que nuestro cuerpo siempre sepa cuál es la posición correcta de dicho movimiento, cada intento cuenta.

Este consejo es el mejor se los comentó porque de verdad es muy efectivo ya que te ayuda a adaptarte lo mejor posible a este movimiento ya que al cambiar de forma el peso de divide de manera distinta al igual que la manera de controlar con las muñecas, es increíble lo mucho que los ayudará este ejercicio.

This tip is the best I told you because it is really very effective because it helps you to adapt as well as possible to this movement because when you change the shape the weight divides differently as well as the way to control with the wrists, it is incredible how much this exercise will help you.
