Esta es mi presentación ante la comunidad más deportiva de hive, este es un gran paso para mi no sólo por hecho de grabarme sino además porque compartiré mi nuevo estilo de vida, uno de mis principales enfoques al crear contenido deportivo, es fomentar una vida activa ser sedentarios es dañino a un nivel físico y mental.
Entrenar me ha permitido tener más energía, sentirme con fuerza, y también tener un mejor estado de ánimo porque los cambios son generales cuando decides adentrarte en este mundo, así que; estén atentos a mi próximo vídeo.

This is my presentation to the most sporty community of hive, this is a big step for me not only for the fact of recording myself but also because I will share my new lifestyle, one of my main focuses when creating sports content, is to encourage an active life being sedentary is harmful to a physical and mental level.
