Hola amigos de Geek Zone, apenas vi este juego pensé en Donkey Kong para Super Nintendo, todo un clásico de los videojuegos, por lo que decidí instalarlo, al final no se parecía tanto pero eso no hizo que dejara de disfrutarlo. Banana Kong es un sencillo juego en el que controlamos a un mono, que se desplaza en una jungla superando obstáculos.

Hello friends of Geek Zone, as soon as I saw this game I thought of Donkey Kong for Super Nintendo, a classic of video games, so I decided to install it, in the end it was not so similar but that did not stop me from enjoying it. Banana Kong is a simple game in which we control a monkey that moves through a jungle overcoming obstacles.

En Banana Kong, tendremos que huir de una avalancha de cascaras de bananas que se avecinan sobre nosotros, iniciamos un carrera automática en la que tendremos que evadir los obstáculos que nos encontramos y avanzar de forma rápida para que no nos traguen las cascaras. Para ello tendremos algunas habilidades, podremos utilizar una hoja o una tela como paracaídas para no caer de forma brusca y poder prolongar nuestro tiempo en el aire, permitiéndonos caer con mayor precisión donde queramos, además tendremos una habilidad de impulso, la cual nos permite alejarnos de la avalancha de cascaras, y romper obstáculos sin que nos arruinen nuestro recorrido, así como ingresar en distintos mundos a través de compuertas.

In Banana Kong, we will have to flee from an avalanche of banana peels that are coming over us, we start an automatic race in which we will have to evade the obstacles that we find and move quickly so that the peels do not swallow us. To do this we will have some skills, we can use a leaf or a cloth as a parachute to avoid falling abruptly and to extend our time in the air, allowing us to fall more accurately where we want, we will also have a boost skill, which allows us to move away from the avalanche of peels, and break obstacles without ruining our journey, as well as enter different worlds through gates.

El recorrido siempre será más o menos el mismo durante todo el juego, tendrá algunas variaciones aleatorias y tendremos que cumplir algunos objetivos específicos por ejemplo tendremos que recorrer 1000 metros de trayecto, entrar más de 10 veces al mundo subterraneo o marino, llegar a la copa de los árboles , y así por el estilo , en cada recorrido tendremos 3 objetivos que cumplir, y cuando cumplimos alguno de ellos, estos se reemplazan por otro nuevo.

The route will always be more or less the same throughout the game, it will have some random variations and we will have to meet some specific objectives for example we will have to travel 1000 meters of path, enter more than 10 times to the subway or marine world, reach the top of the trees, and so on, in each route we will have 3 objectives to meet, and when we meet any of them, they are replaced by a new one.

Nos encontraremos otros personajes y objetos en el juego, un pequeño tucán nos llevará por el aire, y el cual podremos controlar de manera distinta al mono. En el mundo submarino encontraremos pirañas y hasta un cocodrilo que nos perseguirá, así como cangrejos y medusas. Ah y también nos podremos encontrar un cohete que es el que nos lleva a un mundo en la playa.

We will find other characters and objects in the game, a small toucan will take us through the air, and which we will be able to control differently from the monkey. In the underwater world we will find piranhas and even a crocodile that will chase us, as well as crabs and jellyfish. Oh and we can also find a rocket that takes us to a world on the beach.

Los controles son simples, solo tendremos que presionar la pantalla para saltar, o mantener presionada la pantalla mientras estamos en el aire para desplegar nuestro paracaídas, o deslizar rápidamente la pantalla dos veces para usar la habilidad de impulso. Me ha parecido que os controles responden bastante bien y son cómodos.

The controls are simple, we just have to press the screen to jump, or hold the screen while in the air to deploy our parachute, or quickly swipe the screen twice to use the boost ability. I found the controls to be quite responsive and comfortable.

Por otro lado, los gráficos son en 2D, bastante coloridos, y quedan una sensación de profundidad, hay distintos escenarios en el mismo recorrido a los que podremos acceder , una zona subterránea de lava, otra submarina, y otra la copa de los árboles, esto le da un plus al juego, pues no solo podremos recorrer la jungla , sino todos estos otros entornos.

On the other hand, the graphics are 2D, quite colorful, and there is a sense of depth, there are different scenarios in the same route to which we can access, a subway lava area, another underwater, and another the top of the trees, this gives a plus to the game, because we can not only go through the jungle, but all these other environments.

La música es la clásica música de jungla, como no podría ser de otra forma, ambienta bastante bien y se acopla con los efectos de sonido que si bien no son abundantes se distinguen.

The music is the classic jungle music, as it could not be otherwise, sets the mood quite well and is coupled with the sound effects that although they are not abundant are distinguished.

Algo que me ha parecido gracioso es cuando chocamos con algún obstáculo, nuestro mono es tal vez un poco dramático, pero es muy gracioso como queda después de chocar.

Something that I found funny is when we hit an obstacle, our monkey is maybe a little dramatic, but it's very funny how it looks after we hit it.

En conclusión, es un juego de esos con los que podemos pasar un rato agradable mientras esperamos el bus o estamos en una sala de espera, es un juego simple sin historia solo superar obstáculos, pero tiene muchos plus, que hacen de esta experiencia algo divertido.

In conclusion, it is one of those games with which we can spend a pleasant time while waiting for the bus or we are in a waiting room, is a simple game with no story just overcome obstacles, but has many pluses that make this experience fun.
