La pela se disputo en Los Emiratos Árabes Unidos, específicamente en Abu Dhabi, una pelea pautada a 12 asaltos, por le titulo mundial de la AMB que actualmente retiene Dmitry Bivol, y que ratifica con este triunfo ante el Zurdo Ramirez,

Una vez mas Bivol demuestra que no hay hasta el momento alguien capaz de derribarlo y quitarle su titulo, el veredicto final de los jueces fue de (118-100, 117-111, 117-11), para de esta manera oficializar la victoria de Bivol por decisión unánime sin nada que discutir ni reclamar, fue una total escuela de boxeo la que se llevo Ramirez, quien antes de la pelea aseguraba que el seria el nuevo campeón mundial, que para esto se había preparado durante mucho tiempo.

Mi opinion

Bivol es un peleador muy completo y de mucha experiencia en esa categoría, no cualquiera lo podrá derribar, si es que alguien logra hacerlo, esperaba una pelea mas emocionante por parte de Ramírez, cosa que no fue así, a decir verdad puedo acotar que no dio nada de si mismo, en pocas palabras no dio la talla ante Bivol, perdió mas del 90% de la pelea sin causarle ni un rosetón a su oponente, una total decepción para muchos quienes de hecho daban las apuestas a Ramírez, con esto demostró que en este peso no llegara muy lejos, lo único que puedo destacar es que haya aguantado los 12 round sin caer a la lona, pero de resto no vi nada de boxeo por parte del mexicano.
