Good morning fellow hive and SWC. I'm Brayan @Hidekinagatari. This time I want to share with you a front lever training that I did at home since I'm a little sick and I didn't want to go out, even so I've been training at home to keep myself strong and active. Although I have not felt very strong, I have been training non-stop, with all the desire to continue progressing to be even stronger, which is what I want to show in these posts, to remain constant to achieve our goals. It should be noted that my brother appears in the beginning but not later, since he was not training with me, only that it was good what he did and I put it in the video. I also share these workouts for those who are interested in some exercises or how you could train this element, since the exercises I do help a lot to progress, gain strength and improve in this element, so you can add one or another exercises in your routines to get more strength gains 💪🏼.
