Good morning fellow hive and SWC, I'm Brayan @Hidekinagatari, This time I want to share with you my routine to get this element of the front lever, which I already had once, so these exercises that you will see below are to unlock this element again and I want to share with you some exercises that maybe you have not seen or have not trained in this way.💪🏼
En esta rutina solo estarán 5 ejercicios específicos del touch, y un complemento que siempre añado después de entrenar front lever. Está rutina la pueden hacer por separado a una rutina de palanca, las cuales recomiendo entrenar tanto la tracción como la palanca en días por separado para poder entrenar estos elementos correctamente.💪🏼
In this routine there will only be 5 touch specific exercises, and a supplement that I always add after training front lever. This routine can be done separately from a lever routine, which I recommend training both traction and lever on separate days in order to train these elements correctly.💪🏼
Ejercicio 1:
Front lever touch a una pierna - maximo aguante x3 series.
Ejercicio 2:
Tuck front lever pull up + front lever - 3 repeticiones x3 series.
Ejercicio 3:
Tuck front lever touch + pull up - 2" segundos arriba y 2" abajo máximas repeticiones x3 series.
Ejercicio 4:
Front lever touch a una pierna asistido - maximo aguante x3 series.
Ejercicio 5:
Front lever touch asistido - maximo aguante x3 series.
Ejercicio 6:
Dominadas regulares - 12 repeticiones x4 series.
Exercise 1:
One leg front lever touch - max hold x3 sets.
Exercise 2:
Tuck front lever pull up + front lever - 3 reps x3 sets.
Exercise 3:
Tuck front lever touch + pull up - 2" seconds up and 2" down max reps x3 sets
Exercise 4:
One leg front lever touch assisted - 3 reps x3 sets.
Exercise 5:
Assisted front lever touch - max hold x3 sets.
Exercise 6:
Regular pull-ups - 12 reps x 3 sets.
Bueno compañeros, está fue toda mi rutina que les comparto hoy, si bien son cortas pero son de alta intensidad, al final del entreno notarán que con poco se puede entrenar mucho y quedar totalmente agotados, espero que les guste y a aquellos interesados en empezar a entrenar el touch les recomendaría está rutina, muchas gracias.👋🏽
