Good morning fellow hive and SWC, This time I want to share an advanced level front lever routine for those who wanted to continue improving the lever and gain seconds. I put it as advanced because it requires you to have resistance in the front lever to endure until the last exercise.💪🏼
Esta rutina esta compuesta por ejercicios de palanca y tracción, ya que aunque tengamos front lever, para seguir mejorando y obteniendo más segundos debemos seguir ganando más fuerza de palanca y eventualmente empezar a entrenar las pull ups de front lever con una base fuerte y solida.💪🏼
This routine is made up of lever and traction exercises, because even if we have front lever, to continue improving and getting more seconds we must continue gaining more lever strength and eventually start training front lever pull ups with a strong and solid base.💪🏼
Ejercicio 1:
Front lever press - 3/4 repeticiones x3 series.
Ejercicio 2:
Front lever half pull up - 4 repeticiones x3 series.
Ejercicio 3:
Tuck front lever - 5" touch + 5 pull ups + 5" aguante x3 series.
Ejercicio 4:
Front lever pull ups asistidas - 5 repeticiones x3 series.
Ejercicio 5:
Front lever press - 8 repeticiones x2 series.
Ejercicio 6:
Aguantes de front lever - máximo aguante x2 series.
Ejercicion 7:
Dominadas al pecho - 10 repeticiones x4 series.
Exercise 1:
Front lever press - 3/4 repetitions x3 sets.
Exercise 2:
Front lever half pull up - 4 repetitions x3 sets.
Exercise 3:
Tuck front lever - 5" touch + 5 pull ups + 5" hold x3 sets.
Exercise 4:
Assisted front lever pull ups - 5 repetitions x3 sets.
Exercise 5:
Front lever press - 8 repetitions x2 sets.
Exercise 6:
Front lever holds - maximum hold x2 sets.
Exercise 7:
Pulled up to the chest - 10 repetitions x4 sets.
Bueno compañeros, está fue toda la rutina que les comparto el día de hoy, personalmente estoy haciendo está misma rutina y otra que les compartiré otro día, ya que estoy enfocado en sacar las pull up, y se que trabajar de esta manera les ayudará también a quienes estén en el mismo camino o a mejorar y sacar segundos de front lever👋🏽
