Good morning fellow hive and SWC, I'm Brayan @Hidekinagatari, This time I want to bring you a series of exercises that I use to train the abdomen, which are exercises that I like to do and I have been quite effective, since they are exercises where we maintain a constant tension in the abdomen and we can further tone these muscles. It is important as I have always said, to work in different ways all the muscles to get better results, in my case I like to maintain tension in the abdomen to feel better work, as you will see in the following exercises 💪🏼.
En esta rutina trabajemos ejercicios dónde se verá implicada la flexibilidad y movilidad, también un poco de fuerza, ya que son ejercicios que se pueden utilizar para entrenar otros elementos así que no son los mismos ejercicios que suelen ver en cualquier otra rutina, así que con este plus añadido podemos mejorar el abdomen con otro grado de dificultad 💪🏼.
In this routine we work exercises where flexibility and mobility will be involved, also a little strength, as they are exercises that can be used to train other elements so they are not the same exercises that you usually see in any other routine, so with this added plus we can improve the abdomen with another degree of difficulty 💪🏼.
Ejercicio 1:
Elevación con manos apoyadas - 12 repeticiones x5 series.
Ejercicio 2:
Compresión abdominal - 12 repeticiones x5 series.
Ejercicio 3:
Intento de tocar los pies - 12 repeticiones x5 series.
Ejercicio 4:
Movimientos laterales con piernas elevadas - 12 repeticiones x5 series.
Ejercicio 5:
Crunch con piernas elevadas - 10 repeticiones x5 series
Ejercicio 6:
Aguantes de l-sit en suelo - máximo aguante x4 series.
Exercise 1:
Elevation with supported hands - 12 repetitions x5 sets.
Exercise 2:
Abdominal compression - 12 repetitions x5 sets.
Exercise 3:
Attempt to touch the feet - 12 repetitions x5 sets.
Exercise 4:
Lateral movements with elevated legs - 12 repetitions x5 sets.
Exercise 5:
Crunch with elevated legs - 10 repetitions x5 sets.
