Good morning fellow hive and SWC. I'm Brayan @Hidekinagatari. On this occasion I bring you what was a day of balance practice with my friend sebastian, who is the most balanced of us and kevin who has more pushing power than all of us. Although balance is not my forte, I have been practicing it since I started training but I have not been fully dedicated to it since I have had other priorities although I would like to have a lot of control over these elements of balance, but I just limit myself to practice as you will see below. My friends and I usually get together on the days that we don't do routines to do active rest done this type of training since it is not demanding or exhausting, it only takes us an hour or two of our time but without exhausting us to keep our body and mind active 💪🏼.
Bueno compañeros, esto fue todo lo que les quise compartir hoy, espero que les guste y se animen a seguir practicando, aún en días libres se pueden realizar este tipo de entrenos que no son nada exigentes para mantenerte el cuerpo y mente activos. Muchas gracias .👋🏽
