    Un cordial saludo amigos de HIVE y para toda esta hermosa comunidad SWC . En esta oportunidad les traigo una rutina súper explosiva y eficaz para realizar en el gimnasio, Si eres atleta de calistenia y Street Workout , hacer gimnasio te ayudara de mucho ya que te ayudara a ganar mucha más fuerza y resistencia a la hora de hacer calistenia. Debes tener en cuenta que si eres atleta de calistenia y haces gimnasio también debes saber llevar un equilibrio entre las dos disciplina, así tendrás mucha más resistencia, control de tu cuerpo y de tu peso. Esta rutina es completamente para el tren superior, consta de ejercicios para pecho, tríceps, bíceps, espalda, hombro. Las rutinas del gimnasio debes realizarla de una manera pausada, lenta, para que el estímulo del musculo sea más efectivo y rápido. Si tu objetivo es tener un buen físico esta rutina es la perfecta para que comiences a tener el físico que tanto quieres, puedes realizar 4-5 series por cada ejercicios de esta rutina. VAMOS CON TODO!!!
