    Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad SWC, soy @jesusaguilarvz Aqui les dejo tres variaciones del handstand para principiantes, si eres Nuevo en el deporte te recomiendo practicarlas y tenrlas en tu repertorio, te van ayudar para más adelante, para las flexiones, tiger bend, hloow back, y si eres avanzado te reto hacer la primera por un minuto.

    Pika Handstand
    Esta variación la considero muy difícil requiere una fuerza en el abdomen brutal, sirve para sacar el Parcial Rum de los press a handstand y hay que admitir que se ve muy bien para sacar fotos.

    Tiger Bend
    Esta variación es una de mis favoritas, para algunas personas le va a requerir un poco de flexibilidad en la espalda, o van a sentir molestia en la espalda alta por falta de flexibilidad, te la recomiendo si quieres aprender el tiger bend psuh ups.
    This variation is one of my favorites, for some people it will require a little flexibility in the back, or they will feel discomfort in the upper back due to lack of flexibility, I recommend it if you want to learn the tiger bend psuh ups.

    Pilates Pose
    Esta variación es muy buena sobre todo si quieres corregir la postura del handstand, aprender activar abdomen o la línea recta, la recomiendo si quieres hacer de forma correcta las handstand push ups.
