Good morning fellow hive and SWC, I'm Brayan @Hidekinagatari, This time I bring you a series of exercises that I consider that you should never miss in your front lever ruin, as any of those I have put are vital for our growth and improvement of our front regardless of the level in which we find ourselves. Whether we are at an advanced level or beginner level, these exercises are the basis for further improving our front lever either in the gain of seconds or other elements that we are training. It should be noted that this is not a routine for this element, if not, the exercises that we always have to keep in mind when entrenenls this element, because sometimes we forget to continue training as we raise the level or see other exercises that we like more or perhaps become more attractive, but these are the ones that I consider essential to continue raising the level in our front lever, since each exercise that I have put can raise the level of difficulty or repetitions depending on our level 💪🏼.
