    Hola amigos de @fulldeportes espero estén bien, hoy les vengo a hablar de un super reto, que pondráa prueba tu físico, pero sobre todo tu mentalidad para desarrollar una resistencia y una disciplina de completar tus entrenamientos sin parar por 30 días haciendo 100 burpees diarios😁 sé que para muchos suena a mucho con demasiado, pero todo depende de como lo hagas, por eso decidí hacer este video para mostrarles un Desafío que estoy seguro, silo terminas, no solo verás cambios físicos, sino un aumento de tu seguridad en ti 😎

    Hello friends of @fulldeportes I hope you are well, today I come to talk about a super challenge, that will test your physique, but above all your mentality to develop endurance and discipline to complete your workouts without stopping for 30 days doing 100 burpees daily😁 I know that for many it sounds like a lot with too much, but it all depends on how you do it, so I decided to make this video to show you a Challenge that I am sure, if you finish it, you will not only see physical changes, but an increase in your confidence 😎


    El año pasado mi esposa y yo decidimos hacer este Reto y vaya que nos puso a prueba, Spoiler(NO es facil) aquí comprendí que la palabra Progreso y fácil NUNCA van de la mano y deje de creer tonterías y me enfoqué en hacer lo que tenía que hacer, cuando tenía que hacerlo, con o sin ganas y es lo que puedes aprender con este Reto, son 100 Burpees diarios y hay varias maneras de hacerlos, asi que no te preocupes, ni te alarmes con el numero de repeticiones 😎

    Last year my wife and I decided to do this Challenge and boy did it test us, Spoiler(It is NOT easy) here I understood that the word Progress and easy NEVER go hand in hand and I stopped believing nonsense and focused on doing what I had to do, when I had to do it, with or without desire and that is what you can learn with this Challenge, it is 100 Burpees a day and there are several ways to do them, so don't worry, nor be alarmed with the number of repetitions 😎.


    Si eres principiante, te podría recomendar hacer 5 repeticiones de Burpees x 20 rondas = 100 burpees y completaste tu entrenamiento diario, el tiempo que tardes no es importante, lo importante es hacer esto, todos los días por 30 dias seguidos, hora si ya te sientes en condición, haz 10 repeticiones y te tocan 10 rondas en total, completas tus 100 burpees de igual forma, el modo en el que los hagas depende de ti💪🔥

    If you are a beginner, I could recommend you to do 5 reps of Burpees x 20 rounds = 100 burpees and you completed your daily workout, the time you take is not important, the important thing is to do this, every day for 30 days in a row, time if you already feel in condition, do 10 reps and you get 10 rounds in total, you complete your 100 burpees the same way, the way you do them is up to you💪🔥.


    En lo personal le agregué un componente de dificultad, haciendo los 100 burpees diarios en EMOM, donde debo hacer 10 burpees en menos de 1minuto y si los termino en 25 segudos me quedan 35 para descansar y hacer los siguientes 10, asi hasta completar 10 Emom y hacer 100 Burpees en menos de 10 minutos, la dificultad es mayor acá porque pones a prueba tu resistencia, no puedes descansar mucho ya que debes cuidar tu energia, pero esos 10 minutos parecen 1 hora al pasar el tiempo, sin embargo vale la pena totalmente, por eso te invito a ponerte a prueba y hacer este Reto si quieres ver un cambio notorio en ti 😁

    Personally I added a component of difficulty, doing the 100 daily burpees in EMOM, where I must do 10 burpees in less than 1minute and if I finish them in 25 seconds I have 35 seconds left to rest and do the next 10, so to complete 10 Emom and do 100 Burpees in less than 10 minutes, the difficulty is greater here because you test your endurance, you can not rest much because you must take care of your energy, but those 10 minutes seem 1 hour to pass the time, however it is totally worth it, so I invite you to test yourself and do this challenge if you want to see a noticeable change in you 😁.


    Creeme que hay días donde no provoca hacer nada, sin embargo debes hacerlo, por eso cuida tu descanso y prepara tu ropa el dia anterior, no lo pienses mucho y a moverte, los primeros 10 días son un infierno, te dolerá hasta el cabello, pero no te preocupes, tu resistencia al dolor aumentará, al igual que tu fortaleza física, mental y sobretodo notaras como tu composición corporal mejora cada día más, si logras hacer este Reto, cuentame en 30 días como te sientes respecto al día 1 y veras que valió la pena 💪😎 yo voy por el dia 22 y llevo 2200 Burpees haciendolos en un promedio de 9minutos 30 seg al día 30 les mostraré los resultados 😁

    Believe me there are days where you don't want to do anything, however you must do it, so take care of your rest and prepare your clothes the day before, don't think too much and move, the first 10 days are hell, it will hurt even your hair, but don't worry, your resistance to pain will increase, as well as your physical strength, If you manage to do this challenge, tell me in 30 days how you feel about day 1 and you will see that it was worth it 💪😎 I'm on day 22 and I have 2200 Burpees doing them in an average of 9minutes 30 seconds a day 30 I will show you the results 😁
