    Como pueden ver esta rutina contiene 5 ejercicios para tonificar el CORE, perfecta para bajar ese abdomen y fortalecerlo. El descanso que utilice fue de 2 a 3 minutos entre series y 3 a 4 minutos entre ejercicios, recuerda hacer una buena ejecuci贸n para que obtengas buenos resultados, sin mas que decir ac谩 les dejo el video y no olvides, el 茅xito solo se consigue cuando decides exceder tus limites y superarlos.
