Basic push up routine at home for beginners! [ESP🇪🇦 |ENG 🇺🇲 ]🦾🔥
¡Entrena en casa!
Esta rutina constará en realizar ejercicios básicos de empuje que no necesiten ningún equipamiento o barra, solo usaremos el suelo y una caja o silla, en esta rutina vamos a trabajar los músculos, hombros, tríceps y pecho.
1.- Flexiones normales |
2.- Flexiones diamante |
3.- Flexiones inclinadas |
4.- Flexiones declinadas |
1.- Normal push-ups |
2.- Diamond push-ups |
3.- Inclined push-ups |
4.- Declined push-ups |
These would be the exercises that we are going to do, we will do 4 push-up variations which we are going to repeat 3 times with a 1min-2min break. The repetitions should be adjusted to your level of strength, but it would be recommended that you do 8-12 reps.
