Saludos querida comunidad de full deportes, en este nuevo día les traigo una excelente rutina para trabajar el abdomen por completo, este entrenamiento lo realice en 20 repeticiones en 3 series, cada ejercicio lo realice con apoyo en la pared, practique algunos movimientos abiertos que tuvieron enfoque en mi abdomen bajo, realice trabajo de oblicuos y abdomen completo, siempre manteniendo mi abdomen comprimido, es importante combinar con una excelente alimentación, ser constante en cada entrenamiento, los invito a ver toda la rutina espero que les guste, sin perder más tiempo comencemos.
