Feliz inicio de semana querida comunidad de full deportes, quiero comenzar compartiendo un intenso entrenamiento desde casa, en el cual trabaje todo mi cuerpo realice ejercicios que me ayudaron a fortalecer mucho mi tren superior, tren inferior y abdomen, esta rutina realice en 4 series de 20 repeticiones, fueron ejercicios combinados como es lo usual espero que les guste, los invito a ver todo el video sin perder más tiempo entrenemos.
