    Hola amigos, acá les muestro uno de los mejores postres del mundo y uno de mis favoritos, me muero por este postre, espero disfruten la preparación y se animen a prepararlo, receta fácil y rápida. Es un bizcocho de vainilla, mojado en 3 tipos de leche, se come preferiblemente fría, una verdadera delicia.

    • Lo primero es preparar un buen bizcocho, esto se logra con lo siguiente:
    • Separar las claras de las yemas, luego hacer un merengue con las claras y la mitad del azúcar.
    • Con las yemas también se hace especie de menrengue con la otra mitad del azúcar.
    • Alas yemas levantadas se le agrega la vainilla y la mitad de la harina y se sigue batiendo a velocidad alta.
    • Luego esto se une con el merengue de las claras y poco a poco se le agrega el resto de la harina.
    • Se agrega la ralladura y jugo de una naranja.
    • Cuando este todo bien integrado se lleva a bandeja engrasada y se lleva al horno por 20 minutos.
    • Luego se deja enfríar y es cuando vamos a licuar todas las leches.
    • El bizcocho se puya con cuchillo y se moja con 2 licuadoras llenas de las leches .
    • Se deja en la nevera por lo menos unas 8 horas para que el bizcocho absorba todo el líquido de las leches.
    • Luego se voltea y se le agrega merengue y canela y lista para degustar.
