Un gran abrazo a la comunidad deportiva de HIVE, como lo es FullDeportes. Me complace traerles las interacciones y vivencias del 1er Torneo de “PALETA FRONTÓN BOLA NEGRA HUNTER”, celebrado en la ciudad blanca de Arequipa el pasado fin de semana, donde se dieron cita grandes exponentes de este deporte, entre los que destaca el gran Leonardo Benique quien ha sido muchas veces consagrado campeón nacional de este deporte; con este destacado atleta hemos logrado una amena interacción de allí parte del título de la publicación.

A big hug to the HIVE sports community, such as FullDeportes. I am pleased to bring you the interactions and experiences of the 1st Tournament of "PALETA FRONTONTON BLACK BALL HUNTER", held in the white city of Arequipa last weekend, which brought together great exponents of this sport, among them the great Leonardo Benique who has been many times consecrated national champion of this sport; with this outstanding athlete we have achieved a pleasant interaction, hence part of the title of the publication.

Un torneo que gozó de una gran receptividad por parte de la población del Parque LA QUEQUEÑA, en donde celebramos la rehabilitación de los espacios para jugar frontón, con este gran torneo, hecho que demuestra la importancia de acondicionar los espacios públicos para la practica de este deporte, y de cualquier otra disciplina deportiva, porque sencillamente veo en el deporte una estrategia para que nuestros jóvenes se inclinen por el buen camino, bajo la premisa de “mente sana, cuerpo sano”.

A tournament that was very well received by the population of Parque LA QUEQUEÑA, where we celebrated the rehabilitation of the spaces to play fronton, with this great tournament, a fact that demonstrates the importance of conditioning public spaces for the practice of this sport, and any other sports discipline, because I simply see in sports a strategy for our young people to be inclined towards the right path, under the premise of "healthy mind, healthy body".

Disfrutamos de muchos puntos super disputados, donde cada atleta daba lo mejor de sí en una fascinante lucha donde las miradas se centraban en la dirección de la bola negra, la bola oficial de este deporte con un diámetro aproximado de 72 mm. Y en medio de todo este derroche de nivel, se dio uno de los partidos mas esperados, el enfrentamiento de dos grandes, como representante de Arequipa Yofre Huaco y como representante de Lima, Leonardo Benique, este último con un gran experiencia, mas de 30 años, muchas veces campeón del Perú.

We enjoyed many super disputed points, where each athlete gave his best in a fascinating fight where the eyes were focused on the direction of the black ball, the official ball of this sport with an approximate diameter of 72 mm. And in the midst of all this waste of level, there was one of the most anticipated matches, the confrontation of two greats, as representative of Arequipa Yofre Huaco and as representative of Lima, Leonardo Benique, the latter with a great experience, over 30 years, many times champion of Peru.

Por su parte Yofre Huaco un atleta más joven, con unos 10 años de experiencia, pero que ya se perfila como uno de los mejores atletas del sur del Perú, y con miras a ser de los mejores del país. Un partido excelente, que te invito a que veas en el recurso audiovisual que encabeza esta publicación, en el que hago la compilación de lo que para mí fueron los puntos más disputados.

For his part Yofre Huaco a younger athlete, with about 10 years of experience, but already emerging as one of the best athletes in southern Peru, and with a view to being one of the best in the country. An excellent match, which I invite you to see in the audiovisual resource that heads this publication, in which I make the compilation of what for me were the most disputed points.

Como siempre lo señalo, el deporte promueve lazos de amistad, de hermandad; después de este duro partido donde la victoria se la llevó Leonardo Benique, ambos jugadores se estrecharon la mano como una gran muestra de respecto, gestos así me llevan a gritar ¡QUE VIVA EL DEPORTE!. Como es costumbre en esta sección de Noticiero FullDeportivo no podíamos dejar pasar las interacciones con los protagonistas del evento, es decir, los atletas. Es así como sostuvimos una amena conversación con Rodrigo Valdivia y la joven promesa del Frontón Peruano Yuri Bustinza:

As I always point out, sport promotes bonds of friendship, of brotherhood; after this tough match where the victory was won by Leonardo Benique, both players shook hands as a great sign of respect, gestures like this lead me to shout ¡QUE VIVA EL DEPORTE! As usual in this section of Noticiero FullDeportivo we could not miss the interactions with the protagonists of the event, that is, the athletes. Thus, we had a pleasant conversation with Rodrigo Valdivia and the young promise of the Peruvian Fronton Yuri Bustinza:

Rodrigo nos habla de la importancia de la alimentación y del acondicionamiento físico para mantener un adecuado nivel en este deporte, y el pequeño Yuri nos indica que el Frontón es algo de familia, su papá ha sido muchas veces campeón nacional, y es un entrenador de gran prestigio en el Perú.

Rodrigo tells us about the importance of nutrition and physical conditioning to maintain an adequate level in this sport, and little Yuri tells us that Fronton is something that runs in the family, his father has been national champion many times, and is a very prestigious trainer in Peru.

Y por supuesto después del partido mas emocionante del evento, interactuamos con Leonardo Benique y Yofre Huaco, hablamos un poco de la importancia de la psicología en esos momentos donde un punto marca la diferencia entre ganar o perder, así como también conversamos de los beneficios de practicar Frontón, y la ventaja de que en Arequipa tenemos muchas canchas libres para practicar este deporte. Una de estas canchas es el parque de la Quequeña, del cual soy un asiduo asistente, y me siento muy contento del acondicionamiento de las instalaciones del mismo para jugar Frontón Peruano.

And of course after the most exciting match of the event, we interacted with Leonardo Benique and Yofre Huaco, we talked a little about the importance of psychology in those moments where a point makes the difference between winning or losing, as well as we talked about the benefits of practicing Fronton, and the advantage that in Arequipa we have many free courts to practice this sport. One of these courts is the Quequeña Park, where I am a regular attendee, and I am very happy with the conditioning of its facilities to play Peruvian Fronton.
