Hoy les traigo más que una receta, un tutorial mostrándoles como realizo las paletas de chocolate que vendo en la calle y con las cuales me gano la vida. Básicamente se trata de mi trabajo actual que se me ocurrió hace un poco más de 2 años y sigue dando sus buenos frutos ya que en la calle no solo soy conocida como “la chica de las paletitas” sino que también me las han elogiado y eso me llena de felicidad saber que gusta lo que hago.

Welcome back to a new video of "Buhito's recipes". Today I bring you more than a recipe, a tutorial showing you how I make the chocolate popsicles that I sell on the street and with which I earn my living. Basically it's about my current work that I came up with a little more than 2 years ago and continues to bear good fruits since in the street I am not only known as "the girl with the popsicles" but I have also been praised and that fills me with happiness to know that people like what I do.

Ya he hablado de ello en videos anteriores pero todo comenzó en el año 2021 próximas las pascuas. Se me ocurrió la idea de hacer huevos de pascua para vender a conocidos como para empezar, pero no sabía hacer el glaseado de alrededor de los huevos así que le pedí ayuda a @aibi93, mientras yo hacia los huevos, ella los decoraba. Al principio rompí varios huevos en el proceso, y es que no estaba acostumbrada a hacerlos y se me cayeron un par al piso y fue parte de las perdidas sin mencionar que en ese entonces se había instalado un carancho en mi casa y me distraía bastante contemplándolo pero esa es otra historia, de todas formas se vendieron bien ese año y estuvimos trabajando un par de meses juntas haciendo bombones.

Vendíamos pero el negocio no iba para adelante sin contar también que en ese entonces mi mamá se había fracturado la muñeca y casi que no tenía tiempo para dedicarle al negocio hasta que llegó un momento en el cual se estancó y no tuvimos más pedidos, fue ahí cuando a mi mamá le surgió la idea de vender paletas de chocolate ofreciéndolas en la calle.

Al principio comenzamos con 5 paletas pero estábamos nerviosas e incómodas ya que sentíamos que molestábamos a las personas pero luego nos fuimos acostumbrando y salíamos cada vez más seguido y con más paletas, hemos llegado a vender hasta 60 unidades por día y yendo por todos lados.

Obviamente están las anécdotas y experiencias las cuales destaco las siguientes:

• Mientras vendía se me han caído al suelo algunas paletas y se me rompieron, me las tuve que comer yo.

• Obviamente están las personas que te ignoran y otras que nos han comprado hasta 10 unidades sin importarle el precio.

• Al principio daba mi número a cualquiera que me lo pidiera con la promesa de hacerme pedidos, jamás me llegaron esos pedidos pero si comencé a tener llamadas extrañas así que nunca más di mi número a nadie.

• A veces el clima nos traicionaba y comenzaba a hacer calor, se imaginaran que las paletas se derritieron todas.

• Muchas veces los padres de los niños no querían comprar, pero en ocasiones, sin terminar si quiera de hablar, el niño me sacaba la paleta de la mano y no les quedaba otra que comprarla, cosas de niños.

• También me han seguido corriendo para pedirme más ya que les había gustado, esos gestos me motivaron a seguir.

• Las han confundido con juguetes, una vez alguien no quiso comprar porque pensó que eran para jugar, luego nos llamó preguntándonos “¿Qué son?" y cuando le dijimos que era chocolate si las compro.

Son muchas las cosas que pasaron y hoy en día somos mi mamá y yo vendiéndolas, ya casi que nos conoce todo el barrio y sigo agradecida de todas esas personas que nos compraron y si nos cruzan otra vez, nos vuelven a comprar.

We were selling but the business was not going forward, not to mention that at that time my mom had fractured her wrist and almost had no time to devote to the business until a moment came when it stagnated and we had no more orders, that's when my mom came up with the idea of selling chocolate popsicles offering them on the street.

At the beginning we started with 5 popsicles but we were nervous and uncomfortable because we felt that we were bothering people but then we got used to it and we went out more and more often and with more popsicles, we have sold up to 60 units per day and going all over the place.

Obviously there are the anecdotes and experiences which I highlight the following:

• While I was selling I dropped some pallets on the floor and they broke, I had to eat them myself.
• Obviously there are people who ignore you and others who have bought up to 10 units from us without caring about the price.
• At the beginning I gave my number to anyone who asked for it with the promise of placing orders, I never got those orders but I did start getting strange calls so I never gave my number to anyone again.
• Sometimes the weather would betray us and it would start to get hot, you can imagine that the popsicles all melted.
• Many times the children's parents didn't want to buy, but sometimes, without even finishing talking, the child would take the popsicle out of my hand and they had no choice but to buy it, kid stuff.
• They have also followed me running to ask me for more since they liked it, these gestures motivated me to continue.
• They have confused them with toys, once someone did not want to buy them because he thought they were for playing, then he called us asking "What are they?" and when we told him it was chocolate he bought them.

There are many things that have happened and today my mom and I are selling them, almost the whole neighborhood knows us and I am still grateful to all those people who bought from us and if they cross our path again, they will buy from us again.
