    Hola amigos de Street Workout Community y de Hive, hoy les traigo un pequeño video de lo que fue mi entrenamiento de Handstand. En este entrenamiento no sólo practique lo que ya domino del Handstand si no que también practique una variante qué aun no domino qué es el Handstand con agarre cruzado en barra, esta es una variante bastante difícil de dominar ya que requiere de mucho control y fuerza para mantenerla. El Handstand es una de mis habilidades favoritas ya que tiene muchas variaciones y entre más vas avanzando más difíciles son y vuelve más divertido el desafío, algún día espero poder dominarlas todas, solo hay que tener determinación y disciplina y lograremos todo lo que nos propongamos, sin más nada que agregar les mando muchos saludos y bendiciones para ustedes, sigamos luchando por nuestros sueños y dando lo mejor de nosotros mismos.

    Hello friends of Street Workout Community and Hive, today I bring you a little video of what was my Handstand workout. In this workout I not only practiced what I already mastered the Handstand but I also practiced a variation that I haven't mastered yet which is the Handstand with cross bar grip, this is a quite difficult variation to master as it requires a lot of control and strength to maintain it. The Handstand is one of my favorite skills because it has many variations and the more you advance the more difficult they are and the more fun the challenge becomes, someday I hope to master them all, you just have to have determination and discipline and we will achieve everything we set out, with nothing more to add I send my greetings and blessings to you, let's keep fighting for our dreams and giving the best of ourselves.
