Taking care of "need and want" solely has become of the reasons alone of which people go to work however on a more bigger perspective people should be able to work in other to not just take care of their need and wants but also plan for emergencies that might arise in the present or future.

However due to the continously increasing rate of Unemployment in African countries like Nigeria, privatized entities are taking advantage of this to pay people lesser than they're worth or deserved.

In the past people with BSC degrees are usually paid huge sums of money especially by public and private entities but nowadays this is no longer a quantifiable measure to determine how much people are paid.

one of the reason why working class people become poorer irrespective of the fact that they are earning money is because they do not have the means to take care of their emergencies and their static salaries cannot equate or cope with the ever increasing rate of price inflation in the economy.

So because of unemployment people are becoming slaves to "need & want", taking whatever available job irrespective of how it seems detrimental to their health over time. They just want to focus on the moment, forget about its repercussions on their future. In this video I talk about how working class people becomes slaves to *need and want.
