Saludos amigos de #Hive y de #SWC en esta oportunidad les comparto mi dΓa de pectorales, que siempre hago todas las semanas una o dos veces dependiendo de cuantas ocupaciones tenga, aveces las hago con lastre, pero en esta vez no tuve la oportunidad de grabarlas con lastre porque el dueΓ±o de los fiscos que uso no se encontraba, asΓ que sin mΓ‘s nada que decir vamos con el video.

In the first routine I performed parallel bar dips, 15 reps of 3 sets, although personally I do between 20 and 25 reps, in the second routine I performed dips but on a single bar, 15 reps of 3 sets equally, in the third exercise I performed muscle up, in the video I did 6, but I usually do 10 reps, and in the last routines I usually do normal, diamond and open push-ups.
