Hoy tuve el privilegio de asistir a la Copa de Taekwondo que se celebra en la ciudad de Barquisimeto donde resido, mi hijo pequeño pertenece al equipo pero en esta oportunidad no pudo participar, sin embargo fue una gran bendición estar allí y presenciar la mayoría de los combates que se realizaron.

Desde los más pequeños hasta los más grandes tuvieron su participación, algunos de ellos ganaron mientras que otros solo obtuvieron la experiencia de combatir, lo cual también tiene su ganancia.

Aparte de eso se me presento la oportunidad de hacer una especie de cobertura del evento en la parte de Social Media, por lo que pude tomar una buena cantidad de fotos y videos, de los cuales estaré compartiendo en este post.

Today I had the privilege of attending the Taekwondo Cup held in the city of Barquisimeto where I reside, my youngest son belongs to the team but this time he could not participate, however it was a great blessing to be there and witness most of the bouts that took place.

From the youngest to the oldest had their participation, some of them won while others only got the experience of fighting, which also has its gain.

Apart from that I had the opportunity to do some kind of Social Media coverage of the event, so I was able to take a lot of pictures and videos, which I will be sharing in this post.

En el equipo de casa hay una joven de la categoría infantil que es excelente, como le gusta combatir, no le importa si son varones o hembras sus rivales, contra todos se enfrenta y contra todos lo hace bien. Hoy se llevó unas cuantas medallas por su buena participación.

In the home team there is a young girl in the infantile category who is excellent, as she likes to fight, it doesn't matter if her rivals are male or female, against all she fights and against all she does well. Today she won a few medals for her good participation.

También fui testigo de la inclusión, de la verdadera pues dos jóvenes con cierta discapacidad se enfrentaron en combate bajo el apoyo de todos los presentes. Eso es un ejemplo del poder que tiene el deporte, ya que puede permitir que estos jóvenes se desarrollen en disciplinas deportivas y bastantes competitivas como lo es el Taekwondo, algo sumamente positivo para ellos.

I also witnessed the inclusion, the real inclusion, as two young people with certain disabilities faced each other in combat with the support of everyone present. This is an example of the power of sport, as it can allow these young people to develop in sports disciplines and quite competitive as Taekwondo, something extremely positive for them.

Otro de los combates que llamo mi atención fue el de personas mayores. Por lo general quienes se someten a estas disciplinas son los niños, pero ver adultos que estaban comenzando y participando en los combates fue también un aspecto bastante positivo a destacar.

Another of the fights that caught my attention was that of the elderly. Usually those who undergo these disciplines are children, but seeing adults who were starting and participating in the fights was also a very positive aspect to highlight.

También debo resaltar el apoyo de los padres a cada uno de los atletas, cuán importante es que siempre se apoye a los niños en los deportes que practican, eso fomenta el crecimiento saludable en la vida de ellos.

I must also highlight the support of the parents to each of the athletes, how important it is to always support the children in the sports they practice, that promotes healthy growth in their lives.

La actividad duro un solo día pero hubo bastantes combates. En el video podrán ver una recopilación de los mismos así que los animo a verlo, de verdad estuvieron muy emocionantes, del resto dejare unas imágenes por acá para que puedan visualizar un poco más el torneo.

The activity lasted only one day but there were many fights. In the video you can see a compilation of them so I encourage you to watch it, they were really exciting, the rest I will leave some images here so you can visualize a little more of the tournament.
