Hello my dear #Hive Champions and SWC, how are you today? I hope you are super well, for today I want to share with you a very easy but explosive push-up combination routine that I did today.
Para ésta rutina quería combinar varias flexiones para aumentar la intensidad y de ésta manera sea más explosiva, solo realizaremos 10 repeticiones dejando 1 minuto de descanso entre cada ejercicio.
Ésta rutina la debemos repetir 4 veces.
For this routine I wanted to combine several push-ups to increase the intensity and in this way be more explosive, we will only do 10 repetitions leaving 1 minute of rest between each exercise.
We must repeat this routine 4 times.
• Ejercicio #1: Flexión Normal + Flexión con Aplauso.
10 Repeticiones | 1 Minuto de descanso.
• Exercise #1: Normal Push-up + Push-up with Applause.
10 Repetitions | 1 minute rest.
• Ejercicio #2: Flexión Normal + Diamante.
10 Repeticiones | 1 Minuto de descanso.
• Exercise #2: Normal Push-up+ Diamond.
10 Repetitions | 1 minute rest.
• Ejercicio #3: Flexión Normal + Militar.
10 Repeticiones | 1 Minuto de descanso.
• Exercise #3: Normal Pus-up + Military.
10 Repetitions | 1 minute rest.
• Ejercicio #4: Flexión Rusa + Aplauso.
5 Repeticiones.
• Exercise #4: Sumo Squat: Russian Push-up + Applause.
**10 Repetitions.
