Greetings my dear friends of #Hive and Full Deportes How are you today? I hope you are super well, again I'm here sharing a new routine with you, it turns out that yesterday I had to train legs/abdomen but due to lack of time I could not train so to make up for the lost day yesterday I decided to do a Full Body routine, I hope you like it. 😁
Bueno antes de comenzar con la rutina quiero disculparme ya que quizá el fondo no sea el adecuado como de costumbre ya que hoy tuve un inconveniente, hoy como de costumbre fui al estadio para grabar mi entrenamiento, después de un rato de estar viendo donde colocar el trípode para capturar el mejor ángulo, cuando estaba calentando llegaron unas personas que prácticamente se adueñaron del estadio ya que querían jugar béisbol, amablemente les pedí que si se podían esperar solo unos 10minutos que debía grabar algo, y después de grabar terminaba mi rutina en otro sitio del estadio, ellos simplemente se limitaron a decir que no y que el estadio era un lugar "público" así si me incomodaban me podía ir a otro sitio si gustaba, realmente esto lo tomé bastante mal, me senté un rato para relajarme un poco y bueno, terminé grabando detrás del estadio..
Lo siento mucho por esas palabras pero quería desahogarme por este medio, ahora si vamos con la rutina, para el día de hoy como es de costumbre realicé 4 ejercicios diferentes, en cada uno de los ejercicios vamos a estar trabajando 30x30x3 ¿Qué significa 30x30x3 para mí? bueno, 30 segundos de ejecución y 30 segundos de descanso y 3 series por cada ejercicio lo que hace de esta rutina muy intensa. 😁
Importante: Calentar bien antes de ejecutar la rutina y mantenerse bien hidratados.

I'm really sorry for those words but I wanted to vent through this medium, now if we go with the routine, for today as usual I performed 4 different exercises, in each of the exercises we will be working 30x30x3 What does 30x30x3 mean for me? well, 30 seconds of execution and 30 seconds of rest and 3 sets for each exercise which makes this routine very intense. 😁
Important: Warm up well before performing the routine and stay well hydrated.
