Community, En esta ocasión, les traigo un versus de Básicos entre @arreaza-sw Y @robertocgarcía, esta es la primera parte de lo que fue ese reto de ejercicios entre ellos dos ya que fue muy largo, espero sea de su agrado.

Community,This time, I bring you a versus of Basics between @arreaza-sw and @robertocgarcía, this is the first part of what was that exercise challenge between the two of them since it was very long, I hope you like it.

Confrontation

El versus fue el pasado Sábado 20 de Mayo, El reto consistía en realizar una serie de ejercicios básicos en el cual los dos iban a empezar al mismo tiempo. Los ejercicios, eran los siguientes en orden decreciente: 20 Muscle Ups, 30 dominadas, 15 Pistol Squats en cada pierna, 50 Fondos en paralelas y 100 flexiones, quien lo terminaba primero era el ganador con un buen rango en los ejercicios, si no, no valía la repetición.

The versus was last Saturday, May 20. The challenge consisted of performing a series of basic exercises in which both were going to start at the same time. The exercises were the following in decreasing order: 20 Muscle Ups, 30 pull-ups, 15 Pistol Squats on each leg, 50 Parallel Pull-ups and 100 push-ups, whoever finished first was the winner with a good range in the exercises, if not, it was not worth the repetition.

Cabe destacar que el retador fue Jesus Arreaza, cada uno tenía a una persona a su lado quien le decía cuántas repeticiones llevaba en un ejercicio en específico y que tiempo llevaba, había mucha motivación por parte de ambos, esfuerzo y dedicación.

It should be noted that the challenger was Jesus Arreaza, each one had a person by his side who told him how many repetitions he had done in a specific exercise and how long it took, there was a lot of motivation on the part of both, effort and dedication.

La gente alrededor estaba muy expectante, aveces no me dejaban grabar bien. Este reto abrió al camino de los demás atletas que estaban presentes a hacer un versus contra alguien o en general. En el siguiente post les mostraré la conclusión de quien ganó el reto y una entrevista por parte de los participantes.

The people around me were very expectant, sometimes they didn't let me record well. This challenge opened the way for the other athletes who were present to do a versus against someone or in general. In the next post I will show you the conclusion of who won the challenge and an interview by the participants.
