Fellow hivers and members of Street Workout Community, in this participation in the community I will present a series of exercises for beginners like me, with the aim of strengthening the areas of the body and its muscles and thus be able to have the necessary strength and venture into more complex exercises, these are exercises that will help us in that goal, I hope to gain strength in the muscles of the arms with this type of exercise, I also hope to have the perseverance and dedication to advance in this sport as the workout.
