Aunque nadie me lo pidió me tomé el atrevimiento de hacer un sitio web informativo sobre Hive, y si nadie me lo pidió té preguntarás ¿César por qué lo hiciste? Pues, para esto si debo explayarme un poco. Como toda la comunidad lo sabe en la ciudad de Barquisimeto hemos realizado un montón de eventos relacionados con Hive y sucede que siempre nos hemos planteado la necesidad de tener algo accesible para dar información sobre Hive de manera rápida y efectiva.

Tuve la oportunidad de asistir como parte del equipo que representó a Hive en el stand en el gran evento CBW (Caracas Blockchain Week) y para esta ocasión que me atrevo a afirmar que pensaron en todo, consideraron la idea de imprimir un díptico informativo y efectivamente fue un recurso POP valioso. Muchas personas salieron del stand leyendo los dípticos. Ahora bien, sabemos que esto fue un evento único y sin precedente, ahora bien, eso de andar imprimiendo dipticos es algo costoso porque no se pueden hacer en cualquier papel bond, sino que el papel sea de calidad y eso tiene un costo, y como conocemos a las personas no todos valoran ese tipo de material, por eso quizá un recurso digital puede ser valioso.

Así que basándome en la información disponible tanto el diptico como en las paginas de Hive.io y whyhive.co me animé a crear esta página web informativa utilizando la plataforma de Canva. Debo decir que no soy ni desarrollador web, ni programador. Apenas estoy comenzando a aprender HTML5 y CSS, cuando tenga un poco más de conocimientos en el área haré más cosas.

Esta es una página sencilla, me llevó un par de días hacerla, pero pretende ser un puente amigable hacía más información sobre Hive redireccionando a las personas que tengan un poco de curiosidad hacia las páginas oficiales de Hive y a más información sobre el ecosistema que es muy amplio. En verdad espero que la página sea de tu agrado y cualquier sugerencia no dudes en dejarla en los comentarios. Cualquier crítica constructiva será bien recibida.

Intenté preservar lo mejor posible la imagen gráfica de Hive, sus colores y los iconos apropiados. Como bien lo dije anteriormente este recurso está construido basándome en todo lo que ya hay disponible en whyhive.co y hive.io. Los logos e iconos, también los colores usados los tomé de la sección Brand Assets

Otra cosa que me pareció importante ha sido, que he creado gracias a las herramientas de Canva, un código QR que funge de enlace con la página.

I made an informative website about Hive in English

Although no one asked me to do it, I took the liberty of making an informative website about Hive, and if no one asked me to do it, you may ask, Cesar, why did you do it? Well, for this I must explain myself a little bit. As the whole community knows in the city of Barquisimeto we have done a lot of events related to Hive and it happens that we have always considered the need to have something accessible to give information about Hive in a fast and effective way.

I had the opportunity to attend as part of the team that represented Hive at the booth in the great event CBW (Caracas Blockchain Week) and for this occasion that I dare to affirm that they thought of everything, they considered the idea of printing an informative diptych and indeed it was a valuable POP resource. Many people left the stand reading the diptychs. Now, we know that this was a unique and unprecedented event, but printing diptychs is something expensive because they cannot be made in just any bond paper, but the paper must be of quality and that has a cost, and as we know people do not all value this type of material, so perhaps a digital resource can be valuable.

So based on the information available both in the diptych and in the Hive.io and whyhive.co pages I decided to create this informative website using the Canva platform. I must say that I am neither a web developer nor a programmer. I'm just starting to learn HTML5 and CSS, when I have a little more knowledge in the area I will do more things.

This is a simple page, it took me a couple of days to make it, but it pretends to be a friendly bridge to more information about Hive redirecting people who are a little curious to the official Hive pages and to more information about the ecosystem that is very wide. I really hope you like the page and feel free to leave any suggestions in the comments. Any constructive criticism will be welcome.

I tried to preserve as much as possible the graphic image of Hive, its colors and the appropriate icons. As I said before, this resource is built based on what is already available in whyhive.co and hive.io. The logos and icons, as well as the colors used were taken from the Brand Assets section .

Another thing that I found important was that I created, thanks to Canva's tools, a QR code that acts as a link to the page.
