    Piernas Playeras... Ejercita al Natural. Entrenar y respirar aire fresco es algo que me encanta, y si lo hacemos frente o dentro del mar, definitivamente tiene un efecto refrescante. Por ello, le hemos traído la playa a ustedes para que se motiven y se activen, con una nueva rutina para continuar dándome movimiento a nuestras piernas. Piernas que se tornarán graníticas, porque los ejercicios que disfrutarán durante el #video, son sencillamente dinámicos, efectivos, y dinámicos. Toma descansos de 20 segundos entre ejercicios, y de 1 a 2 minutos entre series. Aquí viene el Calentamiento 1. Plancha + rodilla al frente + toque de glúteo opuesto. Y seguimos; Calentamiento 2. Giro con rodilla elevada. Recuerda, cada ejercicio tiene una duración de 3 minutos.

    Structure of the #Routine

    Sin estás convencido que el cuerpo está apto para la acción, puedes superar cada estación. De no ser así, calienta un poco más. Recuerda que la ejercitación debe estar acompañada de una alimentación sana, hidratación en todo momento, y tomar descansos de calidad.

    Estación 1. Rodillazos con giro. Potencia total. 20 repeticiones por lado en 4 series. Estación 2. Semiestocadas laterales en salto + golpes. Atrévete. 20 repeticiones en 4 series. Estación 3. Sentadillas con salto adelante y atrás. Super explosivos. 20 repeticiones en 4 series. Culminamos la jornada con el ejercicio de relajación por 3 minutos. Patadas cortas #Deportes en vivo y directo solo por #hive y @fulldeportes; lógicamente los #videos son gracias a @threespeak. Hasta la vista mi gente; luces, cámara, acción.
