Warm greetings dear friends of Hive and the @holos-lotus community.
Today I want to talk about an important and very busy topic today, it is associated or what is anxiety and depression, although this applies to all types of disease. When we talk about anxiety, depression and any other related disease, we always highlight the way it affects the person, possible solutions, we talk about advice on the internet, medical aids, but very little is said about the adaptation to the social or parental environment of the role played by third parties in the situation of leading with people with this condition.

This is why I have titled the podcast topic as follows:
While it is well known, for the person who suffers from the condition it is very difficult to live with his condition, but what about those of us who are outside the disease, well let's talk about this a little.
From my point of view I consider that the person on the fringe of this disease, such as a friend, has a difficult task if he really wants to continue to keep the friendship of a person with anxiety and depression with the best intention to help and let him know that he has put on combat boots to win this war with him, I think this person must take on the task of learning to live and understand the seriousness of this situation, he really must be a good soldier willing to risk everything to help his friend and not die trying in the middle of the fight against anxiety, depression or any other.

Commonly people with these conditions tend to be very changeable in their moods, today they can receive you in their home with open arms, as you can also after a few minutes leave their house insulted or at least upset by a changing state of a friend, ie this condition tends to become a pattern of bipolarity in the affected person, it is not his fault, this person does not want to behave that way, but the disease is really dominant when it is already at its most critical point.

Patience plays an important role for a person who wants to sincerely help a friend in good times and bad, not all of us are able to lead with a friend with this condition, many of us at the first action of bipolarity of our friend simply say, I can not continue with a friend who today treats me well and wants to talk to me and then tells me that he does not want to hear anything from anyone and just wants to be alone.
I think the trick is to put him in that person's shoes and understand that it is not his fault, but his condition that drives him to act that way, so this person who wants to help should be empathetic to the condition and for a moment think what would happen if he were the one who had this disease, I think that this way we would understand that a friend must be very prepared and be ready to receive a good gesture from his friend today and tomorrow he may not want to know anything about you, that is how this game is but if he is a good friend he should not abandon the trench and take his friend to a safer place so we could change the title of this topic and place it "We won the war and we abandoned the trenches of anxiety".
Let us help our friends with the best possible intention, they will surely know how to thank us when they have risen from their falls, remember that today it is them but tomorrow it can be us".
