Iniciativa: Un llamado a las Ballenas - Lo que opino al respecto (ESP - ENG SUBTITLED)

Saludos queridos y estimados amigos de la plataforma de Hive y de esta comunidad @mayvileros, esta es mi primera participación en esta comunidad y qué mejor manera de hacerlo que participando en esta gran iniciativa “Un llamado a las Ballenas”, para los que no me conocen mi nombre es Anthony Caggia, soy venezolano actualmente vivo en Colombia y sin más que acotar comienzo con esta participación.

No tengo mucho tiempo realmente en la plataforma pero sí tengo entendido de que la una ballena es una cuenta con un gran valor de poder de voto que sirve para recompensar a los contenidos de calidad dentro del ecosistema, en sí detrás de la cuenta hay un inversionista que ve en el ecosistema un gran potencial y de esta forma este ayuda a que vaya creciendo progresivamente el mismo, también es sabido que hay ballenas que apoyan de alguna otra manera otras partes del proyecto con la misma intención de hacer que este sea cada vez más muy sólido.

I do not really have much time on the platform but I understand that a whale is an account with a great value of voting power that serves to reward quality content within the ecosystem, in itself behind the account there is an investor who sees great potential in the ecosystem and thus helps it to grow progressively, it is also known that there are whales that support in some other way other parts of the project with the same intention to make it more and more very solid.

¿Tienes una ballena favorita en Hive? ¿Por qué? / Do you have a favorite whale in Hive? Why?

En cuanto al favoritismo hacia alguna ballena puedo decir desde mi punto de vista, que lo más lógico es que tengamos a todas las ballenas como favoritas debido a que todas cumplen una gran labor dentro de la plataforma, quizás muchos tengan alguna de estas por favor ahorita porque puede que pase con más frecuencia por sus contenidos a diferencia de otras y quizás esto sea un factor para causar ese favoritismo en la persona, pero considero que aun siendo así debemos verlas a todas como nuestra favoritas independientemente del valor de voto de cada una ya que si alguna de ellas no pasa por tu contenido o hasta el momento no ha pasado quiere decir que está brindándole apoyo a otro creador y ya eso debe también alegrarnos.

Por resaltar un ejemplo si tengo un contenido publicado y comúnmente pasa la ballena @ocd, pero puede que no pase @appreciator,@theycallmedan, @trafalgar o alguna otra, esto no quiere decir que solamente OCD debe ser nuestra favorita, tomemos en cuenta que mientras algunas de ellas no logran pasar por nuestro contenido muy seguramente lo están haciendo por el contenido de otro compañero y ya eso es digno de sentirse contento al saber que muchos creadores pueden obtener recompensa por parte de las ballenas.

Regarding the favoritism towards any whale I can say from my point of view, that the most logical thing is that we have all the whales as favorites because they all do a great job within the platform, perhaps many have some of these in favor right now because it may happen more frequently by their content unlike others and perhaps this is a factor to cause that favoritism in the person, But I think that even so we should see them all as our favorites regardless of the value of vote of each one because if any of them does not go through your content or so far has not passed means that it is providing support to another creator and that should also make us happy.

To highlight an example if I have a published content and commonly passes the whale @ocd, but may not pass @appreciator, @theycallmedan, @trafalgar or any other, this does not mean that only OCD should be our favorite, take into account that while some of them fail to pass through our content most likely they are doing it for the content of another partner and that is already worthy of feeling happy to know that many creators can get rewarded by the whales.

Si fueses una ballena ¿Qué sería lo primero que harías? / If you were a whale, what would be the first thing you would do?

Si fuese una ballena lo primero que haría es irme a esas comunidades donde no se ha visto mucho apoyo y hay excelentes creadores de contenidos desde mi punto de vista y espero no, ya que sinceramente he pasado por muchas comunidades donde he visto publicaciones de un mismo creador podemos tomar por ejemplo las últimas siete u ocho publicaciones donde realmente no ha tenido un voto a favor por parte de una ballena y he podido evidenciar que el contenido cumple con las reglas de la comunidad, Pero esto no es una crítica al sistema de ballenas sino que debemos entender que quizás los curadores que se encargan de verificar los contenidos no se dan abasto para llegar a todas las comunidades posibles es por esto la importancia de que siga creciendo el ecosistema y de que sigan surgiendo nuevos inversores para que el potencial de ballenas siga creciendo en la comunidad y haya más apoyo a esa a esos creadores que hasta el momento no han logrado.

Otra de las cosas que haría es identificar esas nuevas comunidades obviamente estableciendo buenos procesos de curación de contenido para que esas comunidades sientan el apoyo y los creadores de contenidos puedan evidenciar de qué se valora su contenido en sus correspondientes nichos.

If I were a whale the first thing I would do is to go to those communities where there has not been much support and there are excellent content creators from my point of view and I hope not, because honestly I have been through many communities where I have seen publications of the same creator, we can take for example the last seven or eight publications where it has not really had a vote in favor by a whale and I could see that the content complies with the rules of the community, But this is not a criticism to the whale system but we must understand that perhaps the curators who are responsible for verifying the contents are not enough to reach all possible communities, that is why it is important to keep growing the ecosystem and that new investors continue to emerge so that the potential of whales continues to grow in the community and there is more support to those creators that so far have not been able to do so.

Another thing I would do is to identify these new communities obviously establishing good content curation processes so that these communities feel the support and content creators can show what their content is valued in their corresponding niches.

Reconociendo el trabajo de Mayvileros desde el 2018 ¿Qué harías si ves que se convierte la comunidad en una ballena? / Recognizing the work of Mayvileros since 2018 What would you do if you see the community turning into a whale?

No tengo realmente muchísimo tiempo en la plataforma pero sí he podido ser partícipe de todo el gran proceso que hace la comunidad @mayvileros en la plataforma con procesos de curación muy complejos que realmente motivan a los creadores de contenido ya que a través de estos procesos tan excelentes de curación cada uno de nosotros podemos ir mejorando cada día más para tener mejores apreciaciones, es por esto que considero que es un buen momento y nos alegraría mucho de que la comunidad @mayvileros sea parte y también posiblemente otras comunidades del sistema de ballenas para que las altas recompensas puedan alcanzar a más creadores de contenidos originales y de calidad, este evento sería de mucha alegría tanto para mí como para la mayoría de los usuarios aquí en la plataforma porque sabemos el gran compromiso que ha tenido la comunidad @mayvileros en el ecosistema realmente se merecen un aplauso.

I don't really have a lot of time on the platform but I have been able to be part of the great process that the @mayvileros community does on the platform with very complex curation processes that really motivate content creators because through these excellent curation processes each of us can improve every day to have better appreciations, this is why I consider it is a good time and we would be very happy that the @mayvileros community is part and also possibly other communities of the whale system so that the high rewards can reach more creators of original and quality content, this event would be of great joy for me and for most users here on the platform because we know the great commitment that has had the @mayvileros community in the ecosystem really deserve a round of applause.
