         ¡Hola a Todos! Hoy quise intentar el primer Open del año, para los que no saben los Open es una competición online que dura 3 semanas durante febrero y marzo, cualquier atleta que quiera participar en los CrossFit Games tiene que comenzar haciendo el Open (no es mi caso, solo busco condición física y lo realizo para entrenar y retarme) Es 24.1, porque se usa el año de la temporada y el siguiente es el orden de la semana, todo este tema es para competición mundial.

          Este WOD tiene un TIME CAP (Tiempo límite) de 15 minutos para realizarlo. Sin embargo, lo terminé todo a los 20:45 minutos. Claro, cuando el Cronómetro dicta los 15 minutos lo tengo que detener, pero me tomé esto más como un entrenamiento y para auto exigirme, por lo que seguí adelante hasta completarlo.

          El peso de las mancuernas que estaba asignada para este WOD son para los hombres de 50 lbs (22,5 kg) y para las Mujeres 35lbs (15 kgr), estos son los pesos que se manejan en las competiciones. Si es el caso que realizas este WOD para entrenar puedes ajustar el peso, yo quise hacer este WOD como está asignado, así que si utilicé la mancuerna de 15 kg.

    ! [english version] The weight of the dumbbells that was assigned for this WOD are for men 50 lbs (22.5 kg) and for women 35lbs (15 kgr), these are the weights that are handled in competitions.           Estuvo muy exigente, lograr las 21 repeticiones me agotó, pero me gustó la experiencia y el entrenamiento, quiero volverlo a hacer y lograr terminar todo antes de los 15 minutos, como meta personal, sin terminas después de los 15 minutos no cuenta, pero puedes seguir por tu cuenta.

[english version]It was very demanding, achieving the 21 repetitions exhausted me, but I liked the experience and the training, I want to do it again and manage to finish everything before 15 minutes, as a personal goal, if you finish after 15 minutes it doesn't count, but you can continue on your own.
