    Mis amigos, espero que se encuentren super bien, yo activo ppr acá entrenando full y quiero compartirles 6 ejercicios con los que pueden combinarlos para un entrenamiento y trabajar todo el cuerpo alternando varios músculos y lo mejor de todo es que pueden hacerlo en cualquier lugar ya que trabajan con el peso corporal💪🔥

    Como incorporar y armar estos ejercicios en una rutina? Siempre la recomendación que sugiero seguir está en aprender a dominar estos movimientos y como iniciarlo? Muy simple, puedes empezar con 5 repeticiones bien hechas de cada movimiento y hacer unas 5 rondas de todos los ejercicios, igual sentirás la carga pero no tan fuerte porque tienes que descansar 😎
    How to incorporate and build these exercises into a routine? Always the recommendation I suggest to follow is to learn to master these movements and how to start?     Una forma alternatica de adaptar un entrenamiento con estos ejercicios es empezar con las repeticiones en descenso es decir: 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 De cada ejercicio, haces un descanso corto de 20 a 30 segundos entre ejercicios y sigues, siempre a tu ritmo claro está, pero poniendole intensidad y fuerza en cada repetición, recuerda que no hay entrenamiento mágico, sino efectivo, espero puedas aplicarlo y armar tu propio entrenamiento de cuerpo completo y me cuentes como te fué 💪🔥
