Como observación personal, he ido mejorando la parte que más me costó cuando volví a entrenar, que es la parte estática. Ya lo dije en un post anterior pero quiero resaltar que mejoramos más en el video se puede ver como mi front-lever ha mejorado mucho gracias a la dedicación y esfuerzo que le he puesto.
As a personal observation, I have been improving the part that cost me the most when I returned to training, which is the static part. I already said this in a previous post but I want to highlight that we improved more in the video you can see how my front-lever has improved a lot thanks to the dedication and effort I put into it.
