La jornada de hoy transcurrió de forma tranquila y placentera, pudimos realizar nuestro entrenamiento en óptimas condiciones gracias a la limpieza realizada en el parque. Además, el clima y el ambiente fueron ideales para iniciar la semana. Ayer no pude entrenar debido a algunas diligencias que me mantuvieron ocupado, pero hoy regresamos con renovadas energías. En esta etapa, me encuentro enfocado en mejorar mi resistencia, por lo que he comenzado la semana con rutinas orientadas a este objetivo. Antes de iniciar el entrenamiento, realice un calentamiento de aproximadamente 15 minutos saltando la cuerda. Posteriormente, realice algunas vueltas por los alrededores trotando y finalice con sprints. Después de descansar, comencé la rutina de plancha para finalizar mi día de entrenamiento.
Today's day went smoothly and pleasantly, we were able to carry out our training in optimal conditions thanks to the cleanliness of the park. Also, the weather and the atmosphere were ideal to start the week. Yesterday I was unable to train due to some errands that kept me busy, but today we are back with renewed energy. At this stage, I am focused on improving my endurance, so I have started the week with routines oriented to this goal. Before starting the workout, I did a warm-up of about 15 minutes jumping rope. Afterwards, I did some laps around the area jogging and finished with sprints. After resting, I started the plank routine to finish my training day.
