    Un saludo amistoso queridos Hivers, me da mucho gusto estar una vez más con ustedes, compartiendo uno de mis entrenamientos. Esta vez les traigo otra rutina de curda, de 10 minutos pero alternando tres saltos diferentes, algunos de estos son considerados complejos pero también los más efectivos para quemar calorías, como lo es el Skipping y el Shuffle.

    Hoy se me hizo un poco difícil saltar, porque la temperatura rondaba por encima de los 33 °C, esto no es muy bueno a la hora de hacer ejercicios cardiovasculares. Igualmente realice esta grandiosa rutina 6y me hidrate bastante al terminar. Cada vez que salto cuerda me siento realmente viva, los ejercicios cardiovasculares son muy importantes para el entrenamiento, incluso ayudan al cuerpo a producir musculo ya que estimulas la producción de testosterona.

    También tuve que hace el entrenamiento dentro de mi casa, ya que durante la tarde no es muy recomendable salir por la intensidad del sol. Pero me sentí muy cómoda saltando dentro, pensé que no lo seria por la irregularidad del piso, sin embargo no me afecto para nada.
