    Un cordial saludo para toda la comunidad de HIVE y para la comunidad de @fulldeportes. En esta nueva oportunidad y en este nuevo video, les traigo una rutina que podría cambiar su vida por completo, ya que es una rutina con la cual puedes comenzar a realizar y progresar en el mundo de la calistenia. Esta rutina podría cambiar tu vida? Por supuesto, ya que al momento que comiences a hacer esta rutina y estos ejercicios comenzaras a dominar tu propio peso corporal y al momento que controles tu peso , te sentirás de una manera extraordinaria, ya que luego iras progresando y avanzando en esta disciplina. Si eres una persona que no ha comenzado a entrenar, esta es la rutina perfecta para comenzar, ya que te traigo los ejercicios que te ayudaran a progresar y avanzar tanto en la calistenia y personalmente. Son ejercicios bastante cómodos, bastante efectivos y sobre todo son los ejercicios que te ayudaran con tu progreso. En esta rutina contamos con 6 ejercicios, ejercicios bastantes exigentes. Si eres una persona que comenzara a realizar calistenia, hazlo de esta manera: primer ejercicio (FLEXIONES DE PECHO) realizar de 8 a 12 repeticiones. Segundo ejercicio (Progresiones de Dominadas o PULL UPS) realizar de 8 a 10 repeticiones. Tercer ejercicio (Progresiones de dominadas con agarre invertido CHIN UPS) realizar de 8 a 10 repeticiones. Cuarto ejercicio (extensiones de tríceps) realizas de 12 a 15 repeticiones. Quinto ejercicio (Dominadas con agarre invertido CHIN UPS) realizar de 5 a 6 repeticiones. Último ejercicio (Flexiones inclinadas) realizar de 10 a 12 repeticiones. No puedes perderte esta oportunidad para comenzar a realizar calistenia desde hoy, ASI QUE VAMOS CON TODO!!!🔥

They are quite comfortable exercises, quite effective and above all they are the exercises that will help you with your progress. In this routine we have 6 exercises, quite demanding exercises. If you are a person who is starting to perform calisthenics, do it this way: first exercise (PUSH-UPS) perform 8 to 12 repetitions. Second exercise (Progressions of Pulled Ups or PULL UPS) perform 8 to 10 repetitions. Third exercise (CHIN UPS reverse grip pull-up progressions) perform 8 to 10 repetitions. Fourth exercise (triceps extensions) you perform 12 to 15 repetitions. Fifth exercise (Pull-ups with inverted grip CHIN UPS) perform 5 to 6 repetitions.
