La dominada a una mano es, por así decirlo, el pico de las variaciones de las dominadas, esto por ser uno de los más difíciles pero no imposible. La dominada a una mano es un ejercicio en donde estamos completamente colgados, en el que sueltas un brazo y realizas una dominada pasando la barbilla por encima de la barra, o incluso tocar el hombro del brazo contrario.
