Community, My name is Jesús Villanueva and today I come to bring you a video where I performed a virtual friendly Vs with an athlete who is also a member of the SWC, through the Facebook platform on Saturday 09/09/2023. The judges would be the public who watched the video and chose who to vote for through the comments, without anything else to say, let's go with the video.

La verdad nunca había realizado este tipo de Vs por medio de internet, era algo nuevo para mí, pero tampoco me lo imaginé algo de otro mundo. Grabé mi ronda un lunes por la tarde, luego de haber descansado y no tener fatiga acumulada de la semana anterior. La verdad quedé un poco impresionado por mi rendimiento, la postura de mi Full Planche, creo que la mejor hasta el momento, me sentí muy contento. Si reconozco que pude haber hecho algo mejor, pero como dicen por ahí, lo mejor queda para el final, y pronto llegara el momento en donde se pueda apreciar mi 100%.

The truth is that I had never done this type of Vs through the internet, it was something new for me, but I didn't imagine it would be something from another world either. I recorded my round on a Monday afternoon, after I had rested and had no accumulated fatigue from the previous week. The truth is I was a little impressed by my performance, the posture of my Full Planche, I think the best so far, I felt very happy. Yes, I recognize that I could have done something better, but as they say, the best is for last, and the time will soon come where my 100% can be appreciated.

Adrian es un excelente atleta, al igual que yo, su fuerte son los estáticos, tiene gran dominio en los 2 elementos mas buscando en la calistenia que son el Front Lever y la Plancha. Reconozco que en cierta parte Adrian tuvo mejor desempeño que yo si hablamos del aguante, compliendo la norma de los 3 segundos, cosa que yo no hice ya que siempre se me pasa por alto. Pero aun asi, no esta demas reconocer su gran fuerza y control en cada uno de los elementos que realizo.

Adrian is an excellent athlete, like me, his strength is static, he has great mastery in the 2 elements most sought after in calisthenics, which are the Front Lever and the Plank. I admit that in a certain part Adrian had a better performance than me if we talk about endurance, fulfilling the 3-second rule, something that I did not do since I always overlook it. But even so, it doesn't hurt to recognize his great strength and control in each of the elements he made.
