    Hoy les dejaré un reto Extremo mis amigos, si quieren piernas de acero a ver quién acepta este Reto, son 3 Modalidades Básico, intermedio y avanzado para trabajar las piernas de forma efectiva y eficaz con 2 ejercicios combinados como son los Lunges y los Squads de forma continua sólo 5 repeticiones, en Formato EMOM y hacemos solo 10 Emom😎
    Today I will leave you an Extreme challenge my friends, if you want legs of steel to see who accepts this Challenge, are 3 Modalities Basic, intermediate and advanced to work the legs effectively and efficiently with 2 exercises combined as are the Lunges and Squads continuously only 5 repetitions, in EMOM Format and we do only 10 Emom😎.

    En este Reto tienes 2 opciones, la más sensata es elegir un modo de ejecución para hacer el entrenamiento, es decir si lo haces básico harás los 10 EMOM de modo básico, si es Intermedio, te mantienes ahí con los 10 Emom en total y listo🔥🙌

    In this Challenge you have 2 options, the most sensible one is to choose an execution mode to do the training, that is if you do it basic you will do the 10 EMOM in basic mode, if it is Intermediate, you stay there with the 10 Emom in total and ready🔥🙌.

    La segunda opción es hacerlo como en el video, ir en aumento en la intensidad pero hacer 5 Emom Básico, 5 Intermedio y 5 Avanzados, te aseguro que tus piernas se pondrán a prueba, pero de eso se tratan los retos no? 💪
    The second option is to do it like in the video, go increasing in intensity but do 5 Emom Basic, 5 Intermediate and 5 Advanced, I assure you that your legs will be put to the test, but that's what challenges are all about isn't it? 💪
