ㅤCada ejercicio conlleva una pausa de un minuto para ejecutar el siguiente, tomando en cuenta que vamos a realizar todo esto en un máximo de 5 series. Tomando un descanso de 2min al completar la serie. Recuerden un buen calentamiento a los hombros y muñecas para evitar lesiones. Nos vemos hasta una próxima amigos😎.
