    Hola, espero que se encuentren muy bien, el dia de hoy, les comparto una rutina de FULL BODY (Cuerpo completo) son rutinas que uno debe hacer mínimo 1 vez por semana, son rápidas y efectivas, te retan mucha musculatura, y en lo personal me entretienen mucho. En esta ocasión la hice con solamente mancuernas, asi que es muy fácil de hacer. To dependerá tu esfuerzo, intensidad y volumen en el entrenamiento.

    Este tipo de rutina las puedes hacer como AMRAP o tabata, si tienes poco tiempo pero quieres entrenar. Es una muy buena alternativa
