For the second exercise we will be performing the handstand with the legs open and tilted to the sides, this will be done in order to get used to the movement of tilting the legs to the side to achieve the correct posture of the handstand with one hand.
Para nuestro tercer ejercicio comenzaremos a realizar intentos de parada de mano a una mano, lo haremos ladeando las piernas al costado en el que nos sintamos mas comodos luego trataremos de apoyar todo el peso de nuestro cuerpo en el brazo y el otro brazo iremos soltandolo poco a poco, asi conseguiremos acostumbrarnos a dicho truco estatico.
For our third exercise we will begin to perform handstand attempts with one hand, we will do it by tilting our legs to the side in which we feel more comfortable, then we will try to support all the weight of our body on the arm and the other arm we will release it little by little, so we will get used to this static trick.
