Me he tomado el gusto de hacer una segunda parte de este tipo de entrenamiento, ya que son dos músculos que permite el equilibrio y la estabilidad corporal. El trabajar la zona media nos genera como resultado que necesitamos para el progreso de algún movimiento isométrico, sea plancha o Handstand.
